seems to me the site where you can lookup visum requests is no longer returning results...I wrote a little program for this. It monitors the site every 15 minutes. Since 04h15 belgian time 21/01/2025 I no longer find the request I am interested in. If I look for other request I also no longer find results. Maybe they are having some server issues, just guessing
ok, I seem to be finding other visa requests, but not ours. This is strange, it just disappeared
When I check visa on web, I find the reuest. The visa status is "Imported". Anyone can tell me what that meens?
@moietelle
 Hello, To my knowledge If its for long term visa, one can track the application after 3-4 weeks from the date of submitted as per the standard mentioned in the guidelines and again its not guaranteed the timeline can be differ from person to person. If you have submitted your application recently, you have to wait for some days/month to be reflect.
@User9495
the thing is I already could track our application before, but now it disappeared. It was trackable since begin december. It got registered on 5 december 2024. The application was done on 8 octobre 2024. But now it's just gone, no results on the foreign affairs visa tracking page. Anyone seen this before?
@moietelle
Is it showing invalid inputs when you give your reference number ? Because once the request is positive the tracking will not be possible.
I give valid input. The correct visa number and the correct diplomatic post. As result I get the message no results are found. Like when your application isn't registered yet. So you're saying the request seems to be positive in the sence it's approved?
@moietelle
Yeah the visa might be approved already.
Well I hope so, but to be honest I can still find many other visa applications with the status "Approved". So they are approved but still trackable.
@moietelle
Am not sure about it. For the one still you see as approved may i know the date of its approval ? Is it recent approval?
decision date: Jan 17 2025
visa number: 130468
refernce number: TLSYAO4136091
diplomatic post: Yaounde
Status: Approved
That's the last one I saw. There might be more recent even.
I can't see what kind of visa it was, might be short stay
This should be the closest recent approval. It’s challenging to understand the procedure every scenario is different .
You can wait for a days and see if you receive any notification from immigration team.
keep us posted. We might also get some insight.
I am still waiting for the answer from the Immigration Office, I have applied on 8th of August 2024. Family reunification with the Belgian partner and currently residing in Belgium.
I don’t know why it is taking so long, approaching the 6th month deadline roughly in 2 weeks lol
@iamshook
Did you tried reaching Immigration office for status over phone/mail ?.6 month is almost the deadline. But dont lose hope, you can get it at anytime.
@User9495
Yeah, I am planning calling upcoming days. Thanks
our application can again be found in the online visa tracking system from IBZ immigration office. I disappeared for 2 days and now it's back. Before it was "in treatment" and now it still is in "in treatment". Try explaining a situation like that to someone who is waiting in another country, hoping their application would finally at least have a decision.
I called them. They were, as always in my experience, very friendly. Apparently they were experiencing technical dificulties with the public application lookup system, but those are resolved now. Their internal systems weren't affected, so it doesn't seem to be anything to worry about. I guess we can happily continue waiting.

My husband's visa got approved finally
My timeline
Applied - August 13
Registered - Sep 20
Approved - January 23
No additional documents directly approved.
@Nayan Lama
Did you get your passport back with stamping?

@User9495
Not yet my husband still needs to send passport to belgium embassy india he just got approved this thursday so after the weekend.
Does anyone got recent approvals applied on Oct 2024?

Applied on Oct 18, registered on November 22 and today we received an email from consulate requesting insurance certificate. In ibz website it still shows in behandeling however decision date is 27 January 2025.
Hello,
What follows is some data I found. The applications all have as decision date 27 january 2025. They all originate from the belgium embassy/consulate in Yaoundé or Douala in Cameroun. I can't say which type of visa they are, but if you see how long their processing takes I assume they are long stay visa's, like Visum D family renunification. I tracked their previous status (Agreed, Refused, Awaiting documents,...). I can see some got refused on an earlier date but are now approved. So if it's refused there seem to be possibilities to still get it approved. Hard to predict when certain applications will be treated, but looking at this data my guess is applications made around 8 octobre 2024 (maybe only those from Cameroun, I don't know this, because I don't know how they organize their work in the immigration office in Brussels) are about to be treated.

Hi,
Till yesterday my application status in ibz is "in behandeling" and today it's disappeared in website . I saw your post and want to understand that your application reappear after 2 days and may I know what is the current status of yours ?
Mine alsof disappeared again. I called them. They are, again, having technical issues. I suppose they will soon reappear.
