Epay service

jimmyjimmy123

as you may have seen from my other threads, I am trying to resolve all my bill issues with by property in sunny beach (namely council tax and water bill).  I pay electricity without problem on EVNs website but can’t find a way to do this with water although epay keeps being mentioned. I can’t find how to make epay work though.  I find no way to sign up on their app but a search on the web finds me a sign up page but I’m asked for a 14 digit ID number (sweat is this - do I have to be a resident?).  And then how would I link my water account?  Will it show me what I owe or allow me to submit meter readings (meter is indoors and I’m never here when it needs to be read) etc too on my account or just accept payments?  I’m assuming council tax can’t be paid  on this and still needs to be paid in person?

@jimmyjimmy123 Hi, you should be able to pay without setting up an account.

On the epay.bg site click 'clients' then 'utility bills', under 'what is required ' there's an option to pay with your card. You just need the account number.

With water bills you'll only be able to pay whatever balance is outstanding as far as I'm aware.

When I use the guest function it is instantly asking me to register a card. Will it allow me to see how much I actually owe for my water etc after entering my account number?

If there's a balance to pay it will show and you'll have an option to pay. Here's a direct link to the area where you input the account number:

As far as I know, you can't input water meter readings to epay, it only bills what the supplier tells it to bill you.

My water bill won't work with epay at all, it can only be paid at the post office or the water company office, but my electricity bills are working well there. When there's something to pay, epay emails me,

Council tax can be paid on epay in some areas.
