i would like to know which is easy and correct method for the converting my student pass to employment pass in singapore .do i need to leave and come back from origin country or i can do it self in singapore

Conversions of passes are generally not possible in Singapore. EP and student pass are also issued by different ministries, which do not correlate their decisions. A new pass application would be assessed on its own merit (without consideration of your current pass).

And you cannot apply for an EP yourself - only the employer can.
