Best cell phone plans for receiving 2FA in Colombia and keep US number

I have been using Google Voice for a few years now but lately it's been a bit janky getting my codes.  I have a burner phone that I use with a Colombian service provider TIGO which is cheap and effective but I want to keep my US number for the phone I use for banking. 


Anyone tried Tello?  Other options?  What are the costs?  Thanks!
