Good morning,  @Mantharali99.  The Apostille Convention has been in effect in Pakistan since March 2023, so all Pakistani government agencies that previously required legalization of foreign documents at Pakistani Embassies abroad should now accept Brazilian apostilles.  Federal authorities will certainly be aware of this, although it's possible that some provincial authorities may not yet be.

Brazilian apostilles are issued by selected local cartórios under the authority of the Conselho Nacional de Justiça, an agency of the Federal Judiciary.  You can find the nearest cartório to you that issues apostilles here:

Whether a particular authority in Pakistan requires legalization of foreign documents to accept them is up to that authority, so you should confirm that with them.  If they do require legalization, then Pakistan's adherence to the Apostille Convention  obliges them to accept an apostille as satisfying the requirement.

A Brazilian Marriage Certificate doesn't need an apostille to be accepted by a Brazilian Embassy:  either an original or a copy authenticated by the cartório will be accepted.

However, if you and your wife were married by proxy, the Embassy will never give you  a visa on that basis, because they are forbidden by law to do so.
