Hi there I have a uncle that lives in the USA and also unsure if he can sponcer me, also I have no proven skill although I鈥檝e been a builder for 10 years in the uk how do I go about moving out there ?

No, your uncle cannot sponsor you.

Hi. The only possible way for you to come to the US is work related immigration or business or investor聽 visa. Your uncle won鈥檛 be able to sponsor you as a relative.

I have my brother in USA he juste arrived their since 3 months ago but he isn't an American citizen he got not yet a nationality and permit work
