I would love some help and advice from anyone that has been or knows anyone that has been in a similar situation.

I was offered a job in al Ain as a midwife, amazing package and was honest from the get go and informed them that I was a single mother to my 3 year old daughter and she will be relocating with me.聽 This was never an issue up until now.聽 The golden question that was never asked was if I have been married, divorced or a widow.聽

I have been informed that I will need to go to court when in al Ain and the descion is in immigration hands.聽 The company is now contemplating whether or not they want to the risk as am I.聽 It appears there is no clear cut answer.聽 However, I'm interested to know if anyone else has been in this situation.聽 This is my dream to create a better future for myself and my daughter.聽 I can provide a NOC but appears this
Isn't enough.

I'm at my wits end knowing what to do.聽 I have heard that this is a possible humanitarian case but not sure if this makes too much difference.
