HELP - Visa Rejection Security Reasons

Dears.
Im a Brazilian citizen who was supposed ro start working in Dubai at the 20th of August.
I resigned from my job with confidence that i wont face any problem with visas.
Today my sponsor called me and told me that my application was rejected for security reasons.
I never had any criminal records or did something illegal whenever I been.
I travelled around the world without having a single visa rejection.

He advised me to travel to Dubai and meet the officials to propose a case as it worked before with a previous employee with the same case.
Please help me what should i do ? To who to talk ? There is any email ? Mobile Number ? Which department who decides such security clearances ?
Your quick help is highly appreciated

Be careful - begging to enter a country when you have already been flagged as a 'security risk', could put you on the authorities' radar if you are allowed to stay...
Possible reasons for your visa rejection could be
- travel to Egypt
- perceived links to Muslim Brotherhood
- travel to Israel
- evidence of activism or political awareness

I would consider how important is your freedom versus money?
