Salary scale for domestic helper from the Philippines

Hello,

I would like to ask whether the expat community could give me an idea of the salary scale for a domestic helper coming from the Philippines, working as an all-rounder (maid and nanny), as a live-in in Ankara.
What would the salary include (healthcare coverage/ daily food/ clothing allowance鈥� what else)? Do they need to register as Overseas Filippino Worker/
Can someone point out the laws being observed in Turkey? in English preferably...
