How to apply work abroad in turkey? I am from philippines. Do i need to go at POEA for legit agency? or Is there a direct company from turkey to hire from Philippines? thank you

There is jobs agencies in Turkey that could help you find jobs. But the majority of them are scams I would be very careful about which ones you use. You could try to find jobs directly in Turkey, and the job has to sponsor you for a work visa to come to Turkey.

Go to the company websites, find out their email, and send your CV directly. Jobs are not easy to get in Turkey if you don't speak Turkish.

I don't know what this means. Do you mean how much money you earn after expenses? That would depend on your job, and how much money you earn.

You don't say what your skills are. What type of job you are looking for. Or what type of company you are looking to work for. I can't help you without details or tell you where to apply.

If you're looking for a customer service job here then you will 100% need to speak fluent Turkish as well as speaking a fluent second language like English, German, etc. Most companies only hire these Turks for these positions, but it may be possible to find a call center that hires foreigners as well. But you will need to speak Turkish fluently. I have not seen many call center jobs in Turkey where you don't need to speak Turkish, and most of them you will need to speak a European language besides English.

I have heard no companies in Turkey ever offering Visa sponsorship. This is a concept for European countries or the USA, and Canada. They assume after working in the country for 5 years that you will either apply for the citizenship or not. I only ever heard the turkish government offering certain skilled people chances for citizenship.

You won't be able to get a call center job without fluent Turkish as I said unless if you can find one where you don't need to speak Turkish. Your best option is 1. To find an already established company from the Philippines and have them hire you. Or 2. To switch fields where you won't need fluent Turkish. E.G. Live-in maid, Live in nanny, Gardner, etc. Also, where you have a strong chance to be employed by a non-Turkish family in this field, and you won't have to speak Turkish with them.

The only other fields where you won't need Turkish are high level jobs like doctors, dentists, scientific researchers, etc. If you are certified in teaching English you can get a job teaching English without fluent Turkish.

You can find a job possibly in the tourism industry without the need for Turkish. But it will be very hard to find any low level jobs without needing turkish since its a very competitive job market.
