Hi guys, I'm now staying here in Riyadh and working for almost 7 months
Since Day 1 i've been staying with my father's house.
But I am aware that i have my own accommodation provided by the company but not using it.
I have learned that I can get the housing allowance for not using it,
Can you help me how is the format of live out letter,

just make a letter, stating that you were going to live outside the company accommodation, and you need the housing, transportation, food allowance, etc. and if you have the said benefits on your contract. it will be easy. check your contract first if there is written about the benefits for your accommodation allowance.

just ask in your cmpny for hra allowlance they will give you details as every company heve der own policy and formate different with other company try to ask in your hr dept for clear information

Make a letter requesting for a housing/transportation allowance addressed to HR approved by the top Head in case it's an exceptional approval and then attach copies of your parent(s) iqama, passport or any proof that he/she is your parent.
