Verification from saudi culture is irrelevant.  SOCPA do not rely on any attestation and verify the qualification themself.  They rejected you because you probably don't fulfill their criteria for membership. If you have the right qualifications, whether or not it is attested from Saudi culture, will NOT matter.   As an example, I registered with SOCPA using my CIMA certificate which wasn't attested by anyone.

Universidad del Pacífico (Republic of Nicaragua)

I have done diploma of accounting from above university with 60 credit hours but socpa rejected because university not fall under accredited bodies.

But I have doubt uppn accredition. Can anyone help me How to check which university is accredited or not

A quick google search will tell you that this particular university has a dubious reputation and is rumored to be a degree mill.   

SOCPA relies on official listings of recognized and accredited institutions, usually based on the Ministry of Higher Education in the country where the university is based and sometimes cross-checked with UNESCO () or the Saudi Ministry of Education.

After a simple google search on Nicaragua's education body's site (), this University doesn't appear there so obviously it is not accredited.

To check accreditation for a university, you have to google that country's ranking education body and look at their websites.   And then cross check with UNESCO link that I pasted above.

And to keep it simple for you, 100% of the universities that advertise online for a "quick" degree are fake, not accredited and will never pass SOCPA check.  So don't waste your money on buying a degree.
