Construction Noise at night
Does anyone know of any legislation or laws here in Doha regarding the noise made by construction crews working at night? There is a new apartment building going up adjacent to my bedroom window and with the noise being made at night by the workers I am getting close to two or three hours a night of sleep. Needless to say this is not enough. I have talked to our housing department at work, but to no avail as my company is sponsored by the State, and I have to stay where I am placed. I have sent an email to the Ministry asking for clarification, but that was several weeks ago and have not yet received a reply. Anyone know if there are any laws or legislation to call upon?
