Hi Asif,
There are a few good I.T. companies (mostly belonging to the larger and well-established business conglomerates). There are also many small-time website designing and maintain outfits all over Muscat. These are typically 3-4 member teams owned by locals (of course) and staffed by mostly Indian expatriates.
Once you land here, scan the daily newspapers / weekly tabloids and run through their classified sections. You will find most of these companies displayed there. For contact details of the bigger / better I.T. companies, youÂ’ll have to turn to the local business directories.
For details about the cost of living in Muscat, you will find lots of responses in this forum itself as it's a much discussed topic.

Here is a subsidiary that is also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner:



Based on the information you provided I searched and found these conglomerates:



The information you provided was useful. At least it gives me a starting point.

Can you please list a few of the daily newspapers so that I can take a look at their website and see if I can find something there?
