Hi..All
My wife left Job finish contract
Now she want to come back in visit or family visa but I dnt have NOC
Can I sponsor her without NOC

If she has already did final exit, she is free to come. You don't need NOC , but it depends on your salary & profession too. As lower salary & profession people聽 cannot bring family.

As of now they are not issuing new visa. Any kind of visa is currently unavailable until further notice. So she have to wait until they open it again. You don't need NOC coz they already scrapped it. You can ask you employer to give family visa to her.
