Can some one please tell for changing work Visa to family Visa, NOC is required or not? Incase if employer is not giving NOC is it possible to exit and come back on new Visa or have to face 2 years ban. Thanks
Hi Asif, Are you really sure about it? 2 years back when I switched from work to family, noc was required and my old employer has provided me both work noc as well as noc for family Visa. Read More
