Please I need help and advice here I when to the CPR office to make my newborn baby birth certificate so asked me to creat ekey and file in a court case through the ekey system because is it more than 45 day since my baby was born

Please I need help I have the ekey but I don't know how to used it to file in the court case please I need help

Your baby born here in Bahrain? If yes, the hospital must have given you a form to fill and they will submit the form for the birth certificate.

Yes my baby was born in Bahrain I fill the form already then hospital send me to birth and death certificate department in CRP office Issa Issa twon to get the birth certificate but they told me to file in a court case through ekey

I still don't understand why they asked you to file a case in court?
Did you submit your marriage certificate approved by MOFA Bahrain to the hospital?

Yes I submitted it and is already updated in the please contact me I need your help I have the same situation with you ***

They said beacuse the date of birth is more than 45 working days that is why I need to file in a court case

@Betika will need to open a court case online. They will not issue the birth certificate if u didn't file it within a certain period of time.

You need to go to birth/death certificate and provide ur marriage certificate with a stamp of ur Embassy & MOFA, birth notification, CPR & passport copy of the mother & father. U will be provided a letter from them that u will need to attach once u open a court case. U can open it online however, the website is only available in Arabic so u will need a help of an agent who does this stuff

Hi can I ask a question thanks in advance . Wen filling up the form for birth certificate of the new born baby does it need to right the middle and last of the baby ? . Hospital tell us that no need to right the middle and last nsme of the baby because it will automatically fill in baby鈥檚 name . After that we do req. s birth certificate in isa town .A couple of days past we receive the birth certificate but聽 the middle and last name of my baby is not there .

This is why I always say to never listen to the hospital.聽 They told me the same and asked me only to put the first name.聽 I sat with the nurse doing it and made her write out the first and middle name.聽 Last name is not necessary but it is better to put first and middle name.聽聽It does not create any issues in getting passport or visa with just first name but in the future, if you need to immigrate to any country in the world, it is better to have the full name or at the very least, first and middle.
