Read the hundreds of posts on this topic.  I have answered hundreds of times.  Do NOT work for anyone without a work permit on the same company that you are physically in.  The only reason you haven't been deported is because your residence permit is through NPRA and not LMRA.  In all likelihood you will not get a work permit from LMRA.   Ask your employer to help.

Difficult to say.  If the system flags name match, they will do a fingerprint check and at that stage you will be deported.

The reason for the issue seems to stem from a problem that occurred in 2014, I was recruited to Company 'A' with an emigration visa sponsored by a Sheikh (Alkhalifa family). But me and another 2 persons was caught by LMRA while working to another company 'B'  owned by same sponsor.  (different CR).  LMRA was fined BD 3300.

This case went to court, and I understand that the said amounts were paid by the company through a lawyer in 2017. Throughout this period, I am working in the Company 'B' under the same Sheikh's visa.

Now, applying for a new visa for this company 'B' from the LMRA, management is telling that they tried multiple times but my application is being rejected. Other two colleagues got visa on 2019.

Please advise....if any solution, i can tell my employer for a help. If i tell a route they will make a try. Otherwise they will send me back because of this reason. They are telling others got visa, you are not getting because you had some mistake on LMRA, I never done anything without their permission, but legally the mistake is upon me.

I have said this multiple times on the forums.  DO NOT work for an employer other than the one on your visa.  People seem to think that all this results in, is fines.  That is totally false.  This results in fines AND DEPORTATION.............your employer was influential so they didn't deport you but instead, blacklisted you for any future visas.   Legally it is YOUR problem, not your employer - this is another thing that people dont seem to understand.

The only solution is that your company needs to engage with LMRA - there is no short cut.  If they don't know how to do that then you are out of luck.

If the company avoids me now, Would it be helpful for me to go to a lawyer?

If i leave the country without getting any results, Will i have to face any problems while moving to other GCC Countries in future?

Can i ask any compensation for this matter caused by the company's irresponsibility, because i have been with them up to 12 years now. Or i will have to go back as if i had lost everything after being away from my life for so long?
