We are an English couple with a small child who own a 2 hectare Quinta (5 acre farm) in lovely Central Portugal. At present we are in the process of building our house but have decided that we need more people to join us and enjoy this lovely part of the world.

Our farm is covered with fruit and olive trees and has 2 wells and a water mine (spring). We are situated at the base of a very beautiful range of mountains, with a good transport infastructure close by. What we are looking for are spiritual, vegetarian people with or without children who would be interested in forming a small community in the sunshine.

Our aim is to create a place where people of like minded persuasion can live on the land totally self sufficiently. That means growing all we need for food and medicines, as well as creating our own energy, waste recycling, home schooling for the children and the learning of life skills. We see future funding generated by workshops and eco tourism to help raise the necessary funds for solar panels, wind turbines, machinery ect.
