Comodato rental agreement

Hello,


Im in Portugal with D7 visa and i have my appointment in June 5. The owner of house i want to Rent refuse to give a rental contract, but She wants to give a Comodato agreement, Which i understand She doesnt want to pay tax for rent income. Does anybody know if this Comodato agreement is ok for my aima appointment . And is it dangerous to get an agreement like this? Please Let me know if you had an experience of this topic.

Regarding that type of contract is a practice of some landlords in Portugal that is used for tax evasion, although totally legal. Basically this contract states that the landlord grants you permission to live in the accomodation, normally for free even though you'll pay rent...

You have few rights under this type of contract, even though you are paying rent. I think it's accepted for a visa, but it doesn't give you any security in the medium to long term. This type of agreement is more commonly used in friends / family relationships, where personal relationships are more solid.
