Hello all.I decided to move to live in Budva.I want to buy a house,preferred furnished if possible.

I want elevator or at the entry floor, 1 bedroom, saloon,kitchen wc.I am disabled so I need a parking space.

My budget is 73.000 Euro. As a matter of fact I have find my dream flat but it is much too expensive.I need a flat like:

I am ready to pay a commission who would spare time to help me.Pls. do not forget everything, flat,commission and other expenses should be included to the price.
