Hi everyone,

We own a holiday property in a small town in the beautiful bay of kotor. We will be heading there shortly to furnish the unit and start renting it during the summer.

We are looking for a company (or an individual) who can manage the property. We will be advertising the unit ourselves and handling the financial aspects. The manager would need to assist us with check-in, orientation, check-out and organize the cleaning, as we live abroad.

Does anyone have any contacts for this? Do you know the estimated price of such a service?

If you have other tips about owning a property there or furnishing one, feel free to share. Any help is much appreciated!
