If you want to study contact the University of Malta. They will inform you about the requirements to study over here. If you want to work contact one of the labour agencies over here and inform them about your qualifications and they will assess your chances on the local labour market.
If you qualify for a suitable job your potential employer will request a Malta work visa for you.
