Yes I think so . Jersey has it's own government not part of EU but let's EU citizens in to live and work. A bit complicated.

someone posted on here about IoM, and it came down to the type of IoM passport - some gave right to live and work in the EU, some didnt

This from the link I gave....

"No links with the UK

If you do not have links to the UK and want to live or work in a European country, you should first get permission from the relevant embassy in the UK. "

Two types of passport for Jersey
if you have links with the UK (It will say on your passport) you will have the same rights as an EU聽 citizen .
Jersey born聽 and no links with UK the above applies.
