You would have to contact your nearest Maltese Embassy to apply for a visa to visit. For a work visa you would need to have a job offer forest as it is the future employer who makes the application.

In that case presumably your prospective employer has already applied for your visa as it is down to them to do so. Identity Malta are the people to contact to check on progress.

Sadly Ali, the answer will be No. You will not be given a work visa for such kind of work. Even the locals have to have 2nd jobs to survive past harvest time.

French national, I have worked in Malta (hotel business) for 3 years in 2001 to 2003,

Started in 1998, with French Polynesia (4 years), then Los Angeles, Sierra Leone ( 2 years) Asia, (Thailand and South Korea 9 years, back to France  for 2 years, then Malta and Tunisia for almost 6 years, finally Dubai for 8 years and now in Brasil since 2016.

Married to a Maltese and we have 4 boys ..
