You probably get this type of questioning all the time, but I am struggling to find info regarding visa's / passports as a South African Citizen moving to Gibraltar, and desperately need some help. My situation is such; My partner and I have been together for 10 years but we are not married, he is an Italian citizen and therefore gets through on his EU passport, we also have a 9 month old daughter who has a South African passport and an Italian visa. My partner has received an incredible job offer in Gibraltar which we can not refuse, my concern is that I am not married to an EU Citizen, have no job lined up and am so confused as to what visa I should be applying for as the choices are for a holiday visa or a working one?
I would really appreciate any advise on this, even if someone could direct me to a website, etc. that would have answers...
