Help with legal question

Luz02

Hello!

I'm currently considering moving to Germany and marrying my fiancé of 3 years. I've been in Germany more than 5 times in the past and I'm currently in a really delicate situation.

I was studying at uni, and when I met this guy, a German guy, I decided to go there for holidays. We fell in love, (gay couple) , unfortunately, my very catholic parents (the ones that supported me and my studies here in Venezuela ) found out about it and kicked me out of the house.
Jobless, homeless I ended up living with my Grandma who barely supports herself with her Pension, and I add a little to the pot. But minimum wage in this country doesn't get u anything. Not a house. Nor plenty of food...

So my boyfriends supports me and I've been coming/ going as we can.

Now, my grandmother has decided to sell everything and go to the US with my aunt and live there since she has her US papers too.

That'd leave me homeless, and with a minimum wage that won't pay for my future. My studies. And definitely won't be able to visit my fiancé.

So we decided to marry and try to live together, he wants to help me carry on with my life , but I wanna know some details.

Can I just go there and marry my fiancé? I have NO time to spare for a visa. Because of my situation, also , what about my legal status once that's done? Is there a WAY to stay without having to come back?

I've done some research on my own but would like Ur help guys.

Thanks a lot!

As far as I know, you cannot marry in Germany, only register your partnership as civil union - which gives you almost the same legal status, EXCEPT for visa purposes.
You should ask at the German embassy whether there is any other way. You'll definitely need a visa before coming to Germany, so you'll have to visit them anyway.
