you have to be so careful,i have just returned from bulgaria after inspecting some work i had done and to be honest i need to tear it down and do it again, i am a desigm PM and know construction extremely well and obviously work to standards here in the UK and Europe which are just not the same in bulgaria.
in the near future i am wanting to move full time to bulgaria where i hope i can work with Expats and manage thier builds to ensure they get good quality work as at the moment i get many reports of sub standard and request to sort it out but not being there full time makes it difficult, but i might knoe a man that can help you out.....
