VT vs. Gabrovo by kojidae
I moved to Gabrovo in December, and for the most part I couldn't be happier here. It is just the kind of smaller town that I enjoy, with interesting people and a strong sense of community. However, the other day I went to VT for lunch (I had ...

I've got a house between Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo in a small town called Slaveykovo, a lovely place to be! I've got a company in Veliko Tarnovo and I hope to make a permanent move within 5 years :) (I am 26 now) If I have to compare the 2 ... Read More

Yantra Homes is English owned, they are good in what they do but as said by Edislaw they put up high prices! Novo Selo lies in an (in my opinion) ugly area near Ruse (flat/industry) I suggest looking south of Veliko Tarnovo, between VT & Gabrovo. ... Read More

Hello Hassan! That's nice! I don't want to get your hopes down but most houses for sale are not in the shape that the pictures show. Over the last 2 years I viewed about 10 houses, none of them being in the shape agents said it would be. I advise ... Read More

If you live there permanently living at the end of a village would not be a big problem in most of the cases, at least not in the villages around VT thatI am familiar with. Get a fence, save a dog of two's life and learn them bark at strangers ... Read More
