Hi!

As a person coming from the red zone I have to quarantine for 7-10 days (depending on 2nd test). Meanwhile I have to register within 8 days.
I did an electronic application on and now I am wondering is it considered as "registered within 8 day" or I have to go there? How long does It take on average to get an ID? Can I work with my id?

I am in Belgium with D visa (my non eu spouse is working here)

You don't quarantine if you have a -ve PCR test or full COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

After booking appointment online for registration, you LL be told when to come and then you continue the process based on what you are told at the commune.

Uccle takes 2wks to give residence permit, Antwerp 6wks, depends on d commune.

Hello, i arrived to Antwerp yesterday. I also registered online from Antwerp and they sent me a mail that it may take up to 3 weeks and they will get in contact with me. And i am in a temporary housing for now. Are they going to send a temporary document so that i can start working? Or do i need it? I will ask my employer as well for that also. Furthermore, i have to open up a bank account and buy a cellular line. How will i do that when waiting? I would be so glad if you can clarify.

Hey , same is in my case also. I arrived on 9th December in Bruges. I got latest appointment of 6th January. Till the time I also don't have any bank account. I got to know it's mandatory to do city hall registration and after that they will provide some form 15 I guess with that account can be opened. I don't know about cellular line but you can purchase simcard from anywhere.

ING can open an account with your passport and visa, and once you have your anexxe 15 or RP you can update later in your file.

you can also make an identity card application in Antwerpen.be i guess. And also you can choose the closest day. Can you also check? I put the link below. I applied online but is this link diferent?
