I am here for two years and every six months i get a new orange card. If you don't get a reply , you have to go to the commune and they have to give you another orange card for six month . Are you working ?

don't panic!!. i had orange card and more than 3 time extension of the orange card. i stayed for 9months before F CARD  was granted. that's just Belgium doing Belgium things

Now me I’m not no more with the wife and the kids I’m leaving alone but the address still same place and if I have to change the home need change address and alone I don’t think they gone give me

There is something in your story that doesn’t make sense. The orange card can only be renewed once, and only for 3 more months (so 9 months in total). They cannot keep extending it forever without making a decision.

Most likely, you are not telling the full story and your family reunification request has been refused. The truth is: no matter how many times you apply, if the conditions for family reunification are not met, the application will always be rejected. The length of your stay in Belgium doesn’t matter.
