You are well advised to read this forum and other sources before you decide to resettle.
Singapore is among the most expensive places on earth and it is difficult to survive on S$3300/month (for a single person). A sublet room (without bath and much privacy) costs S$800-1000, a whole apartment starts at S$2000-2500/month.
The city, however, is a nice place to live and offers an amazing variety of cultures, races and food.
