It鈥檚 been 6 years since they refuse me to enter SG. Everytime i send an email to ICA, they only replied 鈥渘eed to have sponsor to enter SG鈥�. So does it mean forever i cannot enter SG without sponsor? I don鈥檛 know any locals there.

Appply visit or tourist visa , you can stay here 30 days on visit visa

Only ICA can tell you how long the ban will last - or what you can do to lift it earlier. Ask them!

I already asked about that..but they just replied 鈥渘eed local sponsor鈥� to enter SG..uffff..disaster..

Not possible, I cannot even enter with student visa. I had student visa before and tried to enter but they just send me back to my country. And besides, I am Asian, I don鈥檛 need visit/tourist visa to enter SG. I have free 30 days to stay.
