Have you tried simply searching the internet for overseas jobs services and sites? Then researching them and signing up for those that offer memberships and submitting your resume, listing those sites in a folder on your computer and doing your own follow up on jobs for which you have applied.

I have done this in the past and it is time consuming and means that your free time is going to be spent on your hopes for your future and your career. It takes commitment and focus on your part on a daily basis.
