Anyone live in Labuan?

Are there any nice rental units available in Labuan?聽 I am interested in a high rise type of condominium and not looking to rent a house.聽 I am looking for one bedroom unit and my budget is about 2000 Ringit per month.聽 Also how is cost of living in Labuan?聽 For basic goods like groceries, meals out, transportation, etc, how would they compare to KK for example?

I've only ever been to labuan on business but it is far cheaper than KL for example (not been to KK!, massively cheaper in face-food, alcohol etc.

There doesn't seem to be many condo's there though, mostly houses.

@peter2010聽 I am looking for a condo to rent also.聽 I saw one for 1200R it is way cheaper than the Philippines.聽 I found you have to just go and try and find a condo.聽 I am having a hard time finding one online.
