Good Day,
Does anyone have any advice on air ticket purchasing?
If traveler is very uncertain of their traveling dates and the time that they will spend in China - should they purchase a one way air ticket rather? Or is a return ticket better option based on value for money?

Round trip flight ticket is better as it is cheaper compared to one way flight ticket. Furthermore, airlines require roundtrip tickets if travelling on a tourist visa. If unsure of your stay, simply rebook and pay the extra cost of rebooking.

To add some extra detail - I will be working in China, so am on a work permit for 7th month job contract which does have a renewal period. I am not certain if I will renew, but I will be in China for 7 months - this I know.

After China I may want to travel elsewhere.
