If someone has criminal records on their FBI record, will s/he be able to get the residency permit (Carte Sejure) in Morocco?

When you take your file to the local immigration office i the city you plan to obtain. they will be able to advise you if it will be accepted or rejected. if its rejected they will not let you apply.
