Your embassy in Rabat will normally have a full list of required docs for the process.

You will need all docs translated to Arabic, yes they can be done anywhere, but they will then need a stamp from the Moroccan embassy/Consultation NL also. But additional verification is required once in Morocco, I think it's Ministry of Foreign Affaires, can't remember the exact one.

From memory the docs required:

Police certificate from NL proving you have no criminal record.

Medical Certificate (can be obtained from Morocco) to include you have no contagious disease as well as being physically fit.

Proof of monthly income

Bank statement

Proof of address

Certified copy of passport

Certified copy of birth certificate

Letter from University to outline what you study, when you started and when you will complete the course.

Letter outlining you are not married or divorced.

I may have missed something, all aforementioned need to be legalised by a solicitor in NL to prove they're original then at the Moroccan Consulate/Embassy in NL, when you get to Morocco they will need one more approval.
