You need to know that not everyone can open a company in Monaco.
It is a bit complicated you have to create a file and complete a few forms where you have to describe your business case.
You need to explain the status of your company, the activity to be performed, forecast your potential turnover and expenses and finally show the market share in % between Monaco, France and rest of EEC.
You will need a office based in Monaco where you can domiciliate your company head office, one exception here is you must have a clean crime history record otherwise you can forget about setting up your company in Monaco.
I contacted AAACS Conseils & Services in Monaco, they adviced me very well and helped me with all the formalities in completing the forms. They have also been able to provide me with a office space where I have registered my company Head Office at their address.
