Visiting Friends in Northern Ireland by MWojna

Hey, I'll be moving to Dublin from Canada in August on a working holiday visa. However, I have friends who live in Northern Ireland and I would like to be able to visit them. Will I be able to go from Dublin to NI on a visa? Thanks, Matthew
