Also for your reference, you cannot get the Certificado de Emapdronemiento until you apply for your Cedula.Not the case in Quito! I had to go to the ministerio de extranjeros, pay 4$ and give my passport, and I am waiting till Thursday to get it ... Read More

Found a Car! Ford explorer 97. Went all the way to Ibarra to get it but was worth the adventure. Had a mechanic to help and he said it was a good deal. Read More
