We are a growing real estate investment company focused on wholesaling residential properties in the U.S. We specialize in finding motivated sellers, negotiating deals, and assigning contracts to our buyers list. We are building a strong, reliable team — and we're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us generate leads, manage data, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

As our Real Estate VA, you will:

Cold Call Homeowners using our dialer system (we provide scripts and training).

Pre-screen Leads by asking qualification questions and gathering motivation, timeline, and price info.

Skip Trace & Data Entry (update CRM with accurate seller information, notes, and tags).

Follow-up Calls & Texts to keep leads warm until they are ready to sell.

CRM Management (Podio, REI Reply, or similar systems — training provided).

Appointment Setting for Acquisition Manager with motivated sellers.

Provide Daily Reports on leads contacted, interested sellers, and appointments booked.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Speaks fluent English (neutral accent preferred).

Has cold calling experience (real estate experience is a huge plus).

Owns a fast computer, reliable internet (at least 10mbps), and a quality headset.

Can work U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST).

Is coachable, consistent, and reliable — must show up daily and hit KPIs.

Has a positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.

Preferred Skills (Bonus, not required)

Experience with Mojo Dialer, CallTools, BatchDialer, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with Podio, REI Reply, or other CRMs.

Background in real estate wholesaling, customer service, or sales.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Rate: $3 – $6 USD/hour (depending on experience).

Bonuses: $100 – $300 per closed deal you helped generate.

Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer.

Long-term, stable position for the right candidate.

Opportunity for promotion into Lead Manager or Team Leader role.

Diplomas is not required to succeeds. Can you Sale? can you handle rejection? are motivated enough to succeed?

Clear, Fluent English → Sellers must understand them easily, with little to no heavy accent.

Active Listening → Picking up seller motivation, pain points, and buying signals.

Rapport Building → Ability to make sellers feel comfortable and open up on calls.

Objection Handling → Calmly responding to “Not interested” / “Take me off your list” without losing the lead.
