Position: Spanish Customer Support - Educational Tools Account

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Davao del Sur

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

➤ Open to any Foreign National who can speak Spanish and has a permanent visa in the Philippines

➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English

➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply

➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!

➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate

➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply

➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

➤ Provide first line of support for any system issues relating to educational tools

➤ Assist customer/user with inquiries and navigation of education tools and materials

➤ Maintain user manuals, documentation, and other educational materials to ensure these materials remain current and comprehensive

➤ Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and make appropriate changes or updates as needed

➤ Resolve customer/user concerns in a satisfactory and timely manner
