��Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:42pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
��Work Setup: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Foreign National proficient in German and English
✅Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
✅Working experience overseas and for international company is a plus
✅Excellent oral and written communication skills
✅Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
✅At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Handle inquiries and bookings from German and English speaking accounts.
✅Respond to consumer questions and requests by phone, email, and chat.
✅Keep a record of all questions, requests, answers, and follow-up activities.
✅Understand the merchandise thoroughly to respond to inquiries from customers.
✅Handle requests, orders, forms, and applications.
