Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, and negotiating with new landowner/s by networking, cold calling advertising, roaming/scouting nationwide. Develop business proposals for new and existing clients. He/she is also tasked to build strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
Proven track record of acquiring and managing commercial property clients (landlords, tenants, investors, and developers).Experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management in the real estate sector.Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, property sales, and real estate investment strategies.Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skillsStrong networking and relationship-building skills with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.Highly self motivated, goal driven, and results-oriented.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
