Position: French Customer Service Analyst

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients
✅Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
✅Answer and resolve consumer complaints
✅Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
✅Resolves payment complaints
