This is a multi-awarded destination management company in the Philippines. This Travel Agency attracts clients from America, Europe, Russia, Australia, China & Middle East to visit the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines.

Position: Spanish Travel Help Desk Analyst

Company Industry: Travel Agency

Work Location: Makati City

Salary: PHP 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday

Work Setup: Work Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

➤Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish and English speaking accounts.

➤Responsible for client inquiries via all access channels emails, phone and chat r

➤Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers

➤Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Spanish

➤Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees

➤Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.

➤Proficient in Speaking Spanish and English

➤Foreign National located in the Philippines

➤Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.

➤Excellent oral and written communication skills.

➤Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.

➤At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.

Diplomas

➤Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
