COMPANY PROFILE: Recognized for their excellence in travel management company in the Philippines. This travel company established clients from China, America, Russia, Australia and Middle East to visit the famous tourist spot in the Philippines.
Position: Spanish Travel Consultant

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish and English speaking accounts.
➤Responsible for client inquiries via all access channels emails, phone and chat.
➤Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
➤Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Spanish.
➤Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
➤Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in Speaking Spanish and English
➤Foreign National located in the Philippines
➤Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
➤Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
➤Excellent oral and written communication skills.
➤Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
➤At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.
