JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responsible in assisting customer's inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
➤Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
➤Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
➤Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
➤Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
➤Accomplish other related tasks needed
