Position: Spanish Accounts Payable
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-UP (Work onsite for the 1st 3 months of training)
Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino national can speak, read and write Spanish
➤Open to foreign nationals fluent in Spanish and English
➤Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (preferred), Finance, Economics or any related course
➤At least 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role.
➤Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
➤Good knowledge in basic Accounting processes.
➤Willing to work in a Night shift schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and verify the invoices.
➤Update the client's online record and account
➤Provide financial information needed by the client
➤Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
➤Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
➤Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits
➤Perform other related task
